EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges only, no refunds.
If your item doesn’t fit or you received the wrong product, you may request an exchange within 24hours of delivery.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:
• The said Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags, bags and packaging(if any) must still be attached and in good condition.
• Exchange must be initiated or requested within 24hours of delivery
• Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
• Exchanges are subject to item availability, If the item in question is out of stock at the time of exchange, you can choose another item instead.
• Any extra charges incurred for the exchange to an item of higher cost than the initial item will be covered by the customer.
